The house is in excellent condition.


No chips, no cracks. The roof looks like it has a scratch from the manufacturer. See photo that shows the top of the item.


This is a beautiful lighted house. That would be a great addition to your collection.

Comes with the original Styrofoam packaging. The exterior of the packaging show wear from storage. In no way dies that affect the village house. House is in excellent condition.
