Item is In very good condition the box is a different story. Box definitely had signs of wear as can be seen in the pictures some corners are torn some crushed. Inside the box the holder for the guitar base and neck are torn and the game holder is gone. On the other hand though the actual item and game are in very very good condition comes with a few of the original stickers and the original manual. The guitar has signs of wear but there is no damage, dents, or dings has a custom misfits sticker gor the base and neck. Comes with the strap and dongle as well as the game and guitar hero 5.
