All used! Some stickers show wearing.. or missing a small part, as shown in photos. All the pieces are here. Trolley is motorized and talks.. treehouse works... All works! Plush talks and works! Has been loved and has some pilling and a few light marks. Nothing is broken! The landing is slightly warped. There are a few extra little people. Disc are used and have some scratches. There is a disc set and a 1 disc set. I have a pic of disc 1 with the scratch that MIGHT skip... I have not watched them to make sure they work so they are just an extra. My son watched them a lot and I wouldn''t have kept it if it skipped so I am going to say it more than likely works. This was purchased NEW by me and only my son played with it.

No batteries will be shipped! All batteries will need to be replaced. However, they have been tested! This was a very well loved and played with set. Still is excellent condition!
