** This phone comes originally from a T-mobile carrier, but it is only useable via Wi-Fi access. Unless someone can jailbreak it, it cannot be registered with any cellular phone company because T-mobile has put a block on it due to an error in their system.
That is why I reduced the price significantly.
The box has been opened and I personally tested the phone to make sure it works with Wi-Fi. Still in like new condition.
