Vintage 23” Easter Baby Chick hatching from an egg lighted Blow Mold Decoration. She has no cracks, but does have a tiny dent on the tip of her beak. She also has some scrapes and paint loss. She still displays great. Was made by Carolina Enterprises. (Empire).
