Set is brand new with bags sealed. The box is slightly damaged (see last pictures). I had to open the box to make sure the bags were sealed and not damaged. The box has been resealed. I have discounted the set considering the box is damaged. The bags were all sealed when I opened the box. I accidentally ripped off the edge of 1 bag, but the pieces did not fall out. And it is ripped only on the edge. The rest of the bags are sealed. Overall new and never played with, no pieces were taking out the bags.

COMPLETELY FULL. I also have the same set that is unboxed as separate listing. I have 3 of these so I know for sure it is 100% complete as I counted all bags.
