Extremely rare limited edition Iron Flame the print was halted and rejected. (See photo for a blogger write up about it). Ultra Rare Iron Flame Special Edition sold on Amazon Germany.

This print ran for Europe and Africa and the majority of people that pre-ordered did not get them because of the halt on production. From what I was reading these are not to easy to get because only a few made it to stores in English that were sold in the EU. The interior looks like the Waterstones edition.
