After declaring bankruptcy in 1983, Warren Publishing auctioned off all assets including Vampirella and was purchased by Harris Publications which produced its first issue, #113

With a low print run and a high number of returns which were all destroyed, this is considered one of the rarest Vampirella comics known to collectors!
