Only 5000 pressed. Comes in original plastic sleeve. This vinyl has NEVER been played. It has stayed in the original plastic sleeve since purchase (minus for pictures here). It is in mint condition. No scratches or imperfections on vinyl. The sleeve has a tear on the bottom, along with openings formed over time on the sides (see pictures). Sleeve flap also has warping, but otherwise it is in good condition.

A very very rare find and a must for any Tool fan.

Comes from a smoke free home.
